Down 43-28 at the half.

MSU went scoreless for the last 3 minutes or so.

I missed the whole first half. Doesn't sound like the same MSU team I've seen so far this year showed up. They have been on fire lately.

I missed most of the 1st half as well, and it's being talked about in the main forum- but apparently Vanardo got 2 fouls early.

He didn't get his first block until the 2nd half so that hurts them.

They made a small run but it looks as if the fouls are gonna keep stacking up and we might be playing a pissed off Bulldog team in Starkville.

MSU might have looked terrible, but it's just another reminder how tough it is to play well, much less win, on the road in conference.

I completely agree... there were many examples of this tonight. K. State, Arky, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, heck even the fact that Houston was in the game with Memphis makes this a very valid point. Playing at home has been a huge equalizer for these underdog teams. Just goes to show you how much weight winning on the road should carry.
