So after watching Tennessee come together as a team and beat the #1 team in the country without the 3 suspended players, who out of them do you want back. Personally my number 1 choice would definitely be Cameron Tatum, and then i think i would probably choose Williams although i hope he hardly plays at all. I think they can play good with Maze getting 30 mins a game at the point and bone giving him that 10 min break. That leaves McBee, Scotty, Tatum and JP to split the time at 2 and 3. Hall, Renaldo and Chism getting the majority of the minutes at the 4 and 5 and Williams really ONLY playing if Chism gets in foul trouble, like today. With this said though, i really wonder if BW can bring the passion and hard work that this team has come to show. If he doesnt give 100% to buying into this then dont take him back just get rid of him too.

Well whatever happens Go Big Orange, and what a great game today.

Personally, after seeing the heart of this team and the togetherness back, I would understand suspending them for the rest of the year and giving them a chance to come back next year...

having said that, If I need to pick one, I'll take Tatum.

Just those dressed today.

Just being honest this team does not have enough talent or depth to get by with only 6 scholarship players. They can not possibly make a deep run IMO with Pearl seeing major minutes in crucial games such as this. I think they ateleast need to get Tatum back, and honestly Tatum before "the incident" appeared to really be one of the only ones that was hustling and playing like the team is now. So maybe he will fit right into the way that they are playing. I wouldnt be sad to see Goins or Williams go, or both but i would really like to atleast get Tatum back on this team and give us a little bit more depth.

He's not going to get kicked off for finding a bag of weed on him. Only way is if he's had previous weed issues that have been found out.

I say (as long as there are no other legal issues) bring them all back. But when they come back, they start at the end of the bench. Make them earn more playing time. Make them beat out the guys we have right now.

I've heard Williams will have to be cleared of the drug charges or he is gone(2 failed drug test before). I've heard two different things about Tatum. One person told me he had failed 1 drug test and the other said he hadn't failed any. Goins hasn't been here long enough to have a record so he should be safe.

We need the ones that are innocent!!! Playing off emotion, but we need Tatum and Goins. We could also use BW, BUT I'm hearing he is probably gone!

It would appear that the legal process will decide who goes and who stays. Favoritism I hope is a thing of the past at the University.

Bring back all three. Let Tatum assume his basic role and make Goins pass up Bone and McBee and have Williams play behind Hall and never let him pass him! haha.

I agree, seeing how Tennessee played as a "team" yesterday, they have proved that they CAN win with who they have. But if we want to make it deep into the tourney then we will need ALL 3 of them back. We can't risk having to rely on walk-ons when we are in foul trouble, like we had to do yesterday. Yes, we won. But we will need depth to go far in the NCAA Tourny

I'd still take all 3 back. I'd rather have a decent backup PG, Tatum, and BW taking Steven Pearl's minutes.

we need all three....we had trouble beating the press in yesterday's game without another PG. McBee doesn't have the best ball handling skills.

We also need Tatum's ability to score and another big body down low to fill minutes. This team played with a lot of heart without the four guys involved in the new years arrest, but we will need these three in the near future and for the rest of the season. They are still quality members to this team....let's hope they come back with a better mindset and play with the same passion as our BasketVols played with yesterday evening.

OUR team was out on the floor busting their tails yesterday as far as I'm concerned...You can take those gun welding wannabe gangstas and send them on their way..This team is doing just fine without them.

And in a one game scenario that works. However, with the SEC schedule, SEC tourney, and NCAA tourney you need more depth than we have to make a run. At the very least, we need more bodies in case of injuries/foul trouble.

I understand that but do you really want to lower your standards for a better chance at winning?...I mean there is more to the story than what has been told to the public and I'm sure we will all hear it sooner or later but I would rather see them compete with the young men who are playing as a team than a bunch of selfish kids who do not use their brains...Let the suspended players go play for David Lipscomb or someplace else..I would sink or swim with what we got right now....Regardless, We got a hell of a good core of good young players on this team.

I should never read on here again a complaint that Florida only suspends players for easy games.

Wow to this Thread. (At least your honest I guess) I want the guys back that should be back. I don't know as I'm not CBP n staff. They know and will make the right decision. Whether or not we can/cant play without them doesn't factor in this one guys. I want the guys who deserve to be out there, whoever it may be. That being said, winning one game at home is not comparable to winning 12+ conference games and conf tourney, then march. We need more D1 bodies to make a run, period.

All four players are currently being punished with one already dismissed. I'm not saying to welcome them all back with open arms and no punishment. I am trusting CBP to make the right decision here, but I still think 1-3 of the 4 will be back. And if your standards are that every kid who makes a mistake should be kicked off the team, then you aren't going to win at a high level.

No not at all, but this is serious business and imo NOT a mistake...More like stupidity at its highest level...I trust CBP and staff will do the right thing and I will support him in any decision he makes...We should have high standards for our players...They are getting everything handed to them on a silver platter and should respect that fact..Some mistakes can be overlooked but common sense should be something these guys should have been taught at an early age....Believe me, I don't hate these players that are suspended but I hate the image they have given my school.

If they pass the criteria that CBP sets up bring them all back, How fair would it be to the guys playing now if one injury ruins all they have worked to accomplish.
