What have Seimone Augustus, Deanna Nolan, Lindsay Whalen, and Cappie Pondexter done to make this list...unless you count the # of "foot-in-mouth" idiotic statements, in which case Pondexter would the runaway winner.

Given the publicity surrounding their WNBA debuts and the amount of media attention it generated, I'm surprised that Chamique Holdsclaw and Britney Griner were excluded.

I counted 9 players on that list that are current players. I think Candace deserves to be on the team but using that list as evidence really isn't overly convincing. If those players were ranked and she was in the top 5 maybe then

Where is Delle Donne? She's not been playing long but she already has put up numbers to place her in the top 20.

You should look at the evidence again. Aside from Parker there are 8 active WNBA players on the list. Six of them are on the Olympic team. The other two are aging Swin Cash, who clearly a shell of the player she once was, and Cappie Pondexter who will never play for a US team again after the idiotic comments she made a few years ago. That just leaves Candace Parker, one of the faces of the WNBA in the prime of her career who has never embarrassed the country, inexplicably left out....
