I'm telling you. Outside of Cal at ky, unc, ks and another school or two, it's about finding ball players. There are a ton of ball players out there now, which is why some smaller teams will continue to consistently beat larger schools that have higher rated prospects. The HS rating system for hoops, outside of the top 20 or so players, is ridiculous. This is why we have 4 stars like Hall and Wool, and why I don't worry about the ratings of players that CCM wants. He's played ball and coached, so he knows the parts a team needs.

Miss. State does this every year. They always lose to a few mid-majors in December, and they're always a very tough out in March.
