My son and I was in Austin sitting mid court on the 4th row and from opening tip off to the buzzer we never stopped screaming. I heard Texas fans talk before the game how UT should not even be playing on the same court as the LongHorns but at the end the true Orange was the one that had the last laugh. I will never forget that day no matter how many games I attend. GO BIG ORANGE!!!!!!!!!!!

We're more likely to fly in under the radar with a lower ranking. Maybe I'm just jaded from football season, but a ranking will just put a bigger target on the backs of our overachieving VOLS, God love 'em...!

Maybe, but they were still underrating us based on recent year's performances... the RPI has us at 3, and SOS at 8. Not saying we're one of the top ten teams in the country, but I'd put us in the top 20... of course, I'm still doubtful that the polls use the same locig as me, and I would be surprised to even get ranked.(Ooltewah Vol @ Jan 22 said:Basically we were 26 in last weeks USA/ESPN/Coaches poll. There werent many of the bottom 10 (16-25) who had loses this week. We may knock someone out but the Okla. St. lose is still there. I think if we crack anything above 23 it would be surprising. We need a few more of those Quality wins in the SEC to have the nations coaches to believe in us.
