I think Alabama would edge out Oregon. They have the speed to fight it out with the Ducks. I think Ohio State would pound it at Oregon and beat Them like They did in the 2010 Rose Bowl.

I think Oregon would beat tOSU comfortably by a couple TDs.

Alabama-Oregon would make a great national championship game if that's how it plays out. I'd probably pick Bama in a close one.

Bama in the first one, probably similar to the A&M game, but I think in the end it would get more out of hand than one TD.

Oregon would stomp the crap out of OSU

I say regular season game especially right now with 1 week to prepare I'd give Oregon a real shot against Bama but if it's the national title and 5 weeks to prep I'd definitely have to give the edge to Saban and Bama.

This isn't even me being biased/a hater: Ohio State is really overrated this year. Oregon would run it all day on them.

Bama/Oregon would be very close. I think if they were given the month to prepare for the Ducks Bama would win, but if they played next week I'd take Oregon.

I think Oregon wins the NC this year. Their only two challenges are Stanford and (most likely) Bama.

UA still has to get by LSU and whoever comes out of the east with a few other games in there. Oregon looks very good right but by the end of the season UA should be at our best.

As someone else said OSU is over rated. ESPN is pumping their sunshine and Miller for the Heisman. It is like they want a Saban vs. Meyer rematch. I do not think OSU will beat UM and think FSU, Stanford, Louisville and probably 6 SEC teams would easily beat OSU. Just my opinion.

Oklahoma State would give Ohio State all they wanted.

As for Oregon, they wouldn't hand the speed limit on Alabama if they played in a parking lot let alone Duckville or whatever they call it.

I agree. If the game were to be tomorrow, I would give the edge to the ducks. In a bcs game, bama would get the W. Bama, imo, will get better as the season rolls along and Saban and co. with time to prepare are hard to beat as it has been proven. Plus, I dont think the ducks match up well with their style of play.

Oregon would beat Ohio St. by at least two touchdowns. Ohio St. is as Ohio St. is every year. Overrated.

Oregon/Alabama would be a great game but if we're talking National Title game, I'd give the edge to Bama. All that time for Saban to prepare for the Ducks and he'll have his team more than ready. He always does.

I'll take Saban in any game he has 6 weeks to prepare for.

If Bama had to play Oregon next week, my answer would be different.

OSU gets mud stomped against either of those teams.

Saban is a better coach so I agree with the above poster. Plenty of time to figure Oregon out but if they played tomorrow, Oregon by a couple of TDs

I wouldn't want to play Oregon this week. But I'd feel okay if we met in the BCSNCG.

Ohio State doesn't even belong in this discussion. The more I see of them, the more I'm convinced that a one loss SEC team should get a title shot before the Buckeyes.

I'm starting to agree with You,Bamawriter. Ohio State does have the backing of ESPN and ABC and that carries a lot of weight.

Alabama versus Oregon, I think you'd see the first NC game in BCS history that went over 100 points combined in a CG game. And I think the game would be decided by three points in the end. Could go either way.

Ohio State? Depends on if they are healthy. With all players in place, I'd still give Oregon a ten point lead at the end. Meyer is a great coach at making adjustments. Otherwise, three scores easily with Oregon on top.

OSU isn't that great, if they go undefeated, it will be because of a weak schedule.

Oregon is the real deal, and Bama......well you already know. I'm hoping LSU knocks them off though.
