a couple ways that the pitcher can be illegal...

1 is if she is leaping.... drag foot coming off the ground in her pitching delivery or she could be hopping and replanting her foot.

2 is if she is not staying in the pitching lane which is the width of the rubber.

Looks like this pitcher is leaping and not keeping her drag foot in contact with the dirt.
