Holly's a great VOL. Always has been. I wished she had taken one of those head coaching jobs years ago to get that experience and then return home when Pat was ready to retire.

For Holly it is all a matter of getting the players to follow her game plan. This team is not quite as talented as teams in the past. They have to play inside out to be effective. We don't have a consistent three point shooter and a couple players can't play perimeter defense. No one takes the lead when we miss a few shots no go to player. She has won 40 and lost 11 as coach. I am patient to let her get some three point shooters into the program and also some big guards that can take it to the basket. My judgement of her will come in the next two seasons as she seems to have the players to get it done next season.

It's not realistic to expect Holly to get players as good as those in the past with Pat gone and so much more competition from other teams.
