Saw somewhere someone indicated the metrics for the 2 seeds were such that in other years would have been strong enough to be 1 seeds. A huge gap between the top 8 and everyone else

makes sense because I tried to pull the trigger on some upsets and couldnt. I had all 8 #1 and #2 seeds reaching the elite 8 and 3 #1 seeds in the final four.

dont know how much your brackets follow chalk, but seems to be a popular thing this year

Some Tennessee fans are not going to be happy we got a 2 seed. Then they will complain about the announcers are pulling for the other team to win. Your right the number 1 seeds and 2 seeds got a good chance going a long way

Vols make the F4 in my bracket but fall to Duke. Florida wins it all as much as I hate to say it. Hope I’m wrong about that and hope our Vols get to the championship game.

So I assume you don’t have Houston in the final four😂

I saw where Clark Kellogg had y’all in the championship game vs Clemson.
If that’s the case, I hope y’all beat them by 50.
Their fans are INSUFFERABLE with the SEC and everything else.
I’d ride their campus blaring the UF fight song 😂

I'm totally fine with being a 2 because I like our draw better than a couple of the 1s (Houston and Auburn).

Houston is likely to play Gonzaga in the second round, who is 9th in KenPom. Auburn might have to play Louisville in the second round, who is currently sitting 10th in the AP and 23rd in KenPom. I know UConn is not what they have been the last couple of years, but a team as good as UF having to potentially face them in just their second game seems tough. I think there's something to be said for having a championship pedigree and Hurley is a phenomenal coach.

I think this is the first year I didn't pick a 5 vs 12seed upset. We know there is going to be upsets somewhere. It seems like the 3 vs 14 is one we see occasionally in recent years.
