Best games: Georgia at Missouri, Ole Miss at Texas A&M, Auburn at Mississippi St.

Others:
Bama at Arkansas, LSU at Florida

Any predictions on the first four?

I think there will be a new #1 next Monday and the SEC will have that team. The winner will come from the Auburn/Mississippi St. game.

GA for the first game. their running game will be hard to stop.

TAM they are at home after a loss to MS and I think TAM offense will be ready this week. I think the whole team will be ready after the loss. My one question is, can ole miss come out and play the same game they played after a big win over Alabama.

MS for the third game. they are playing lights out right now. TAM was just another game to them. I like MS dline and oline in this game. they also have a power running game that can take time off the clock. I also think they make more plays on off. than auburn.

Bama comes back after a loss.

Lsu and Fla. is a really tuff game to pick. but, I think FLA might win this one. LSU is having problems on the oline and dline. This game will be won in the trenches.

GA over Mizzou (Gurley)
A+M over Ole Miss (Bounce back and a letdown in the same game)
State over AU (State is the real deal)
Arky over Bama (not sure why)
LSU over UF (no good reason, neither team is very good)

It will be interesting to comeback to this thread on Sunday.
Uga will crush mizzou- they should get a huge dose of Gurley.
Texas am wins a shootout with ole miss, tam makes one more big play in the end.
Miss st exposes Auburn using a great defense and stout offense. Wins by 17.
Bama over arkansas, but close.
Lsu beats fla in an ugly game. Lsu by a td set up by some sort of fake on special teams.

If Arky figures out some defense that one could get interesting.

Which Mizzou will show up; the one that beat SC or the one that lost to IL? They could be facing a dog stomping. Gurley is special, but they have more good RBs.

I think it will be close. Missouri doesn't exactly have a huge homefield advantage, but I doubt they get stomped.

This is the best case senario for UK, UGA (with Gurley) is a 15 point favorite vs UK. If they lose at Mizzou (who I think matches up much more favorably with Kentucky) that makes a UK loss vs UGA not as bad assuming they win @ mizzou.

Georgia over Mizzou
Ole Miss over Texas A&M
Auburn over Mississippi St
Alabama over Arkansas
LSU over Florida

Of course you can look at my record in the pick em standings and tell I'm not very good at this.

I took a swing at Ole Miss over Bama last week and reaped the benefits, considering roughly 99% picked Bama. Also picked Kentucky over Carolina.

I thought I read they're pretty much just down to Chubbs. Marshall was still having injury issues and Michel is either banged up or expected to be out until near their game vs UF, according to some of the message boards.

Which is why I've switched my pick to mizzou. Georgia can't win with Chubb only and mason is not a very good QB. It sets up perfectly for mizzou.

It was Indiana not Illinois. But I know what you're saying. They both won at each others place the last 2 years. I like Mizzou's chances at home w/o Gurley.

Mason isnt as bad as Joe Cox was -- but he is bad -- glad someone else noticed :)
