Some quick thoughts on the game...

(I'm on mobile for once, so sorry for any weird typos)

- game sucked, we played bad and deserved to lose. Didn't make shots, didn't rebound and got crushed off the bounce.

-now having said all that the 2nd half was terribly officiated. That was garbage.

-I believe Kenny had 0 points, 0 rebs and 5 fouls. That is just embarrassing.

-Trae Golden played awful, just piss poor bad. He got absolutely worked on defense. He got taken out and LoPez somehow played even worse and then we just played Trae out of pure necessity at the sg spot for a long period.

-CCM tried a bunch of stuff tonight like the zone defense and different guys at the point and weird lineups with Reese at the 4. The man is trying, but things are starting to fly off the handle

-something physically or mentally is wrong with Trae and Skylar. They aren't half the players they were last year. By contrast Jordan and Josh are SO much better, but we need them all to play well right now.

-Reese has potential

-Stokes made some nice moves down low and didn't turn the ball over, but he needs to work on his touch with his shot, he hits back iron too much.

-I'm sleepy, pissed and going to bed

It's hard to beat any team that goes 38-44 from the free throw line...44 free throw attempts is insane.We were outscored by 21 at the line, hard to win any game like that.

I'm not one to whine about the refs but they were awful tonight, just once i'd like to see Cuonzo show a little emotion and get in their face and stand up for his team.

It's hard to beat any team that goes 38-44 from the free throw line...44 free throw attempts is insane.We were outscored by 21 at the line, hard to win any game like that.

The refs sucked balls and any game that involves Anthony Jordan will suck. However, when you get outrebounded 47-32 then that tells you that you were outhustled.

UT deserved this beating. I think the Memphis game gave them a false sense of security. Memphis' D isn't good. That is why they came back. Ole Miss is always physical under Kennedy. This might be his first year to get to the NCAA's. The SEC is average and they might be the 4th best team. UT sure as hell isn't.

Nah, luckily Vandy sucks balls. This was a tough matchup for UT out of the gate. Couple that with coming off a tough loss and injured players and the loss isn't surprising. The margin was.

It's not the loss that overly concerns me; it's how we lost. We lacked discipline and heart and seemed to just give up as the game went on.
