I'm not going to hit on the obvious ones (Malone, Smith, Stone, etc)... Here are some that look good, but maybe are just under publicized.

It would be nice to see Tennessee land a couple of these players and see them make an impact on the team in the future.

There is always several that end up signing D1 every year that's surprising or at least doesn't get as noticed. This past year in the Chattanooga area the Safety from McCallie that signed with Vandy. The running back from South Pittsburg that signed with MTSU are two off the top of my head.

Devin Caldwell, DE, Boyd Buchanan (Chattanooga)

Most of those aren't underrated. Not every recruit can be 4* or higher, but that doesn't mean they aren't good recruits.

The kid from ECS (Jones) is overrated. He cant catch a cold if there is a defender within 10 yards. I really think that he is riding the hyped coat tails of his older brother that is at Alabama now. If anything, I think that he becomes an OL. UNC seems to be the school that is most interested from what I have heard.

I know our state is not up to par with the California, Florida, Texas, or Louisiana but that list of recruits right there seem to be some pretty good players. They may not be top 100 prospects but almost all of them have some good D1 schools offering them. That list doesn't include the top players which everyone knows about. So i do believe that our state is vastly underrated as far as recruiting goes.

I just recently met Zak Tait's older brother he said he would definitely like to come to UT and although i've never met him (zak), if they're anything alike he'd be a good pickup for sure. I'm sure he's a good kid not to mention i've heard nothing but great things football wise.

You could throw in Jobronski Gilbert (Milan), Lennies Mcferren (Henry Co.), Shonte Sims (Henry Co.), and about 3 or 4 different seniors from Memphis Melrose (produces more talent year in and year out than a lot of schools put together).

He only weighs 240 so he would not be a good lineman but he is strong as anything and maybe a better blocking tight end than a receiving tight end

We need to offer every capable lineman out there. I think they should try to get 7-8 OL for this class and maybe redshirt a few of them

Isaiah Anderson was a 1st team all state as a junior last year, but hasnt been getting much interest from big time schools. he is 6'4 280.
