Definitely not. I had no problem with the coaching staff last year. I don't see how people can expect a first year unit to come in and just blow everybody out of the water. Got to let them settle in with their own players.

2006 and 2007 was the same staff I believe. Some coaches were shuffled to different position groups going from 06 to 07 but I'm pretty sure there were no firings or coaches resigning in those two seasons.

Coaches leave for a better opportunity or they see the wheels coming off. I think our assistants see a good future here and will start to leave when the team turns around and another opportunity opens up for advancement.
