I went back and looked at some of the people with stars, and it doesn't match up. Plus, some have been on here for over a year, and no star. GET MILLWOOD ONE!

You get a star for each year that you've been here. You get Guru if you have more than 4500 posts, have been here a year and have not been a pain in the butt.
