Not so concerned about the fact that the BOR will be shut down for two weeks; I am much more concerned with the fact that this is a display of just how deeply destabilized Iraq still is.

When we left the BOR, last March, it was an absolute fortress. In order for any "gunman" or "gunmen" to have gotten far enough into the BOR means that someone in the OPF (Oil Police Force) is working with the insurgents for the further destabilization in Iraq. With regard to the BOR's history from 2004-2007, as a Sunni and AQI money laundering factory, this is ominous.
