Someone kills a longhorn and put it outside an ok state frat house.

Technically, the article didn't mention anything about who was responsible for this cruel act. I honestly doubt that any Texas fans had anything to do with this. I mean, the Longhorn is their mascot after all. Now, it wouldn't surprise me in the days to come, that someone from OU could wind up responsible. After all, the Sooners biggest rivals just happen to be playing in the Big 12 Championship game. But no matter happens to be ultimately responsible, it's a pretty sick thing to do.

I wasn't trying to call you out or be "that guy," as we often see on VN. I went over the story a few times to make sure I didn't miss anything

It's like in Fast Times at Ridgemont High when Spicholi crashed star player Forest Whitaker's Z28 Camaro and blamed Lincoln High before the Football game!

Looks like it’s a thing between two frats at OSU. Apparently farmhouse and AGR have had a thing going on where they put dead animals on the others lawn.

Edit: beaten to the punch

Hmm...plenty of fans have a pig pickin' before the Arkansas game or eat gator during Florida week.
I wonder if a rancher is missing a longhorn....

I just found this on twitter. Who knows if its true or not:

"Farmhouse and AGR (frats) have been leaving dead raccoons and squirrels on each other’s lawns for weeks. One member apparently had a dead longhorn on their property and decided it’d be funny to brand it with “Fu#% FH” and leave it on their lawn."

I guess somebody might get the ole "improper disposition of a dead animal."

Or maybe Farmhouse did something to piss off the space aliens?

The culprits will eventually be exposed, and I say give them a YEAR in jail. Sick sobs. I want to see some reward $$$$ offered. That is Evil!

If so, I hope Texas smashes them, and somebody goes to jail. And the Frat Brats shut down. College is for learning, I thought.

If they didn't kill the longhorn but mutilated it and left it on the lawn, it appears to be a misdemeanor in OK.

I'd imagine killing it inhumanely would be a cruelty charge of some kind.

But who puts a dead cow that looks to weigh about a half ton in your truck and anyway how does one lift the thing without a skid loader or backhoe or something?

That must be a dull "roll up the sidewalks" campus if you can pull that kind of shenanigans off in front of a frat house even on Fall Break.

Ranchers think about cattle a little differently than the rest of us. Apparently Bevo has become dinner on at least one occasion:
Bevo - it’s what’s for dinner

I have also heard the Bevo for dinner story as the Aggies serving bbq to their TX rivals with TX returning home to find their mascot missing and never located.

Hard to separate fact from fiction in some of these rivalry legends.
