He is not incarcerated.
He has not been convicted of anything.
UT has said he is not suspended from the team or the University.
So why can’t he play before his court date?
Who made that decision?

Has there ever been a player that has played with a pending felony charge? I'd be surprised. We will hopefully see something next week. It's not going to drag out till his court date.

maybe coach said they need more time to see what the police say or he might have hurt his hand. saban would have had a 30 min. anger management class and he would be back on the field.

UT cleared him because the altercation happened off campus. If he played for Bama he would be playing and kirk would be talking about how he stopped the intruder with a single punch.
Exactly.
So once again I ask who is the person or persons saying he can not play? I can’t believe it’s Heupel or Danny White.

Jermaine burton played tonight for Alabama. He literally hit a female vol fan in the face at neyland last week. He was in jail just a couple days ago for aggravated assault. So there’s that.

He wasn’t in jail. He wasn’t charged with aggravated assault.

Not sure if this is real, but I was wondering if he was going to be able to play given his assault on a woman.
