If Peterman even gets a whiff of the grass on the field, then Butch ought to be fired on the spot !

I hope Dobbs remains the starter unless Worley is ready to go. Even though he made some freshman mistake, by and large, his play was pretty solid for a first time starter on the road against a Top 10 team during a prime time tilt. To start Peterman now would only fracutre what little confidence JD has gained over his only six quarters of college football. If Worley was someone 100% healthy then I would see where that might be an acceptable reason to supplant Dobbs from the starting lineup. Maybe the return of Peterman will enable Coach Jake and Butch to open up the option game for Dobbs since there will be a healthy QB waiting in the wings should he go down with an injury. Either way it's good to see that NP is healthy again and is ready to help contribute if he is needed.

Getting him back is huge considering Pig was the most likely 'back-up' on Saturday in the event of injury. Ferguson may not yet be 100% and it would suck to burn a red shirt this late in the season if that is Butch's goal.

The Peterman Experiment was awful but I wouldn't count the guy out completely. He has no where to go but up at this point!

Peterman deserves another shot. Not against Auburn but maybe if we are up on Kentucky big.

I would like to see him when he's healthy and doesn't have defenders right in his face the whole time. UF game was the worst possible situation. He may totally suck but I would love to see him get another shot provided it means we are destroying someone.

If Dobbs deserves another chance I say Peterman does too.......Both are turnover machines

Dobbs is a turnover machine? I'd like to see you do better with the defensive line up in your grill all game long because your under-performing O-line let it happen. Dobbs is much better than you're giving him credit for.

WTF is this? Little league? Make sure everyone gets to play? Bench our promising true freshman so someone gets a shot?

I can understand a healthy Worley coming back and getting snaps, but this is ridiculous. The anti-Dobbs brigade- all because Butch had the gall to recruit two highly decorated quarterbacks in one year. Neither side can stand the thought of the other getting an opportunity. Peterman started a game in a tough spot, but he was awful.

Peterman will not play again here. He'd better be looking at some smaller universities to transfer to.
