My favorite part of the cliff notes was the post where somebody said that Gruden would probably come if we offered him the job, but we're also considering giving Dooley another year. Good comedy.

For the last 6 months Larry has also said that Kirby Smart was Hart's guy. I don't mean any disrespect to L'dub, I'm just making the point. Smart isn't on the big board right now.

Maybe that's a negotiating ploy like when Saban wasn't going to Bama - then later did. We need to up our offer.

Believe who you want...for me, Larry was been the most accurate with early information

I'm blown away by the amount of "insider information" floating around. According to some, Gruden is a done deal, others say he's not interested at leaving, others say he wants to come but we cant afford it and still more say now that Smart is our guy or Strong. Can we even contact Smart or Strong in season?
I have trouble believing any of the insider info when it comes from faceless people who all seem to contradict each other. I also have trouble believing that so many boosters or people connected to the university would be so incredibly loose-lipped to allow such rampant speculation that brings absolutely nothing positive to the program.

I understand this is a forum for rumors but lets leave it at that. Enough of the "insider info".

No disrespect but smart was harts number 1 guy since last year but sals terrible defense has put that in back burner and unlikely to be approved by people paying the money. Things are always fluid and change just like gruden is no done deal until he is signed

Larry is like everyone else on this site isn't 100% all the time but he brings good info. He's like Hubbs only puts out certain info when he thinks it's right. He knows more than he puts out. When he talks a lot of people listen have been for a long time on this site.

The money people are handling this. The AD has been cut out of the process. I dont think the money trusts the AD to do the right thing. The people that have the information are connected to the money not to the AD.

Smart was on the top of Hart's list. I believe some booster's shot that down due to the failed Sal experiment.
