Darin Gooch: 6'2/305lb JUCO center from Butte College. Has three years to play three and its my own personal opinion he'll be the starting center from day one.

Brent Brewer: 6'2/200-205lb safety. Played minor league baseball before ditching that and picking up football again. 3* recruit coming out of high school in 2005 and signed with FSU. Will have four years to play four.

Demario Williams: 6'3/182lb wide receiver. Played basetkball for Middle Tennessee State before transferring to UT this summer. Will have three years to play three.

Matt Dar: #1 ranked punter in the nation, and eligible to play this fall.

Greg Clark: 6'3/300lb defensive tackle. Signed with the Vols after NSD, probably going to see some playing time this year especially if John Brown doesn't qualify.

Malik Jackson: 6'5/265-270lb (per Scout.com article). Will have two years to play two and eligible immediately. Will see some big time minutes from the end rotation this year and potentially as a DT on passing downs. Could be a starter as a senior.

Pretty sure that's all the post-NSD guys so far.

Thanks a lot Burhead, do you or does anyone know about the potential walk ons? I know one is an OL from TN, not sure on name. Who are the others?

The only other walk on I know is Jaron Toney, rushed for over 2,358 yards and set a new state record for rushing TDs at 50 and averaged 8.7 yards a carry.

Forgot about him. Isn't he the TN Gatorade Player of the Year or something like that?

I just updated my roster (I didn't have Williams at WR), and I'm counting that we have 82 players on scholarship. I know I've seen on here that we still have several to offer, so I'm wondering if a couple of guys have left the team that I missed.
