Altidore has become a stud for us. Look for Landon to play a little more center mid to control the pace.

This team is shaping up nicely and has developed some good chemistry.

Altidore is a future super star. I just hope Davies recovers from his accident, they are going to be a very good pair. I think Landon will stay out wide. As soon as Jermaine Jones' paperwork goes through he will instantly become our holding midfielder and Bradley will hold onto his spot. If Jones works out and we find an adequate left back we'll be in good shape.

That was the most amazing finish I've seen in a long time!!!
Sucks for Costa Rica, but I don't really care about that.
Wow. I hope Davies was able to watch that 95th minute goal.

I'm with you, I don't really feel too bad for costa rica. Especially after the way their coaches acted.

US had it clinched before the game. This game just put them at the top of the group. That should help them when they pick groups.

Seeding goes a long way in determining whether we can make a run or not. The US is a dangerous team, but seems fragile and streaky sometimes.

The US has to get their defense sorted out. We get out of position way too much. We have to improve on our individual defending and get to the support positions better if we want a chance to make some noise in S.A. We still have to find another central midfielder to play alongside of Bradley also.

If davies is out for next summer, I wouldn't expect much. Altidore isn't nearly good enough without a serviceable support man.
