Even though SC is still not very good, I'm still surprised UK is a 2 point favorite (or at least was earlier this week).

This is a tough game to pick.

On the one hand, you've got one team whose defense seems like it is more their strength but an almost nonexistent offense.

And on the other hand, you've got a team whose defense makes teams' offenses look like 1995 Nebraska.
