They had Lou Holtz now Steve. They are going nowhere with in his third year (6-6). If Spurrier can't get it done, is this program dead forever?

What coach would want to follow two guys with national titles that couldn't even win a division "title" at USCe?

It seems a great job at USCe is getting to an outback Bowl. I'm not sure they will ever be able to jump UT, GA and Florida.

Let's recap: South Carolina goes from #6 ranking this year to 6-6 finish....
6...6...6....

South Carolina has become the place where hall of fame coaches go to kill their legacies.

First Holtz, now Spurrier...next, it'll be Barry Switzer...in 20 years, they'll go after Bob Stoops...
