All I have heard since January is how bad South Carolina Gamecocks blasted my Vols in regular season play last year. I have heard their coach bragging several times about this game and how much it has enhanced their program. Let me just say a few comments about what I would like to see in the up coming football year. Sure, I would love to see the Vols win every game , but there is one game that stands out for me more than any on our schedule. That game is the Gamecocks from South Carolina. Vols, we owe them a big favor, and that is thrashing them into reality on the field this year. We need to humiliate them at Neyland Stadium to the best of our ability. We need to send them back to the Chicken Coop where they belong and bring them down to earth. Let me urge all Vol fans to come to this game and make the noise level against Alabama (last year) sound like nothing as to compared to what the chickens are going to hear this year at Neyland. Everyone at South Carolina seems to think that Rattler is the second coming of Knute Rockney. Vols, we ask you to continue to have their quarterback on the ground as much as possible and bring him back to reality. We need an old fashion butt whoopin for this game..................GO BIG ORANGE ! NOW, IT IS OUR TURN TO DO SOME BRAGGING !!!!!

At least you don't live here in SC. The only that wouldn't have been worse would have been losing to Clemson as I am live about 10 minutes from there. USC fans remember beating Clemson and Tennessee last year. Nothing else.

I get it. Born and grew up in TN but lived in FL during Spurrier years, then GA and now AL. Work careers can take you to many places you didn't expect to be. Living in SEC enemy territory can be tough sometimes.

I live in Mount Pleasant. Luckily, I don't run across too many yardbird fans down here. We mostly just have Yankee transplants

They seem to forget crapping the bed against Notre Dame in their bowl game.
I hope NC beats them like a rented mule and knocks Rattler silly

By far the worst behaved fans at an opposing stadium that I have ever dealt with. They were rude and obnoxious before the game even started. I hope we put 70+ on them
Seventy just ain’t enough in my book. I want a beat down of generational magnitude. One they will still be talking about in 2040

Usually I’m hesitant with predicting a blowout, but just look at their team. They can’t run the ball or stop the run. They are playing a transfer from D2 and a converted QB at RB. And then they have to face the Neyland crowd on passing downs? Yeah, that game will be ugly.
