The perennial pretenders of the SEC East. Mr. Clowney can also kiss his Heisman campaign goodbye.

U mad bro?

Satisfied, actually, for not buying into the hype of the Gamecocks being SEC Championship/National Championship contenders. The Ole Ball coach has their potential maxed out, and the mongoloids that occupy Columbia, South Carolina should be satisfied with 10 win seasons.

As if Vol fans wouldn't go crazy over a 10 win season right now.

This is dumb. They went on the road and lost to the preseason favorite to win the East. They'll be in the mix in November.

Yeah. They should handle Florida fairly easily, and Missouri, Kentucky and of course they'll handle Vandy.

I'm HOPING maybe we can pull off a home win against them, but we'll see.

I foresee gray jerseys for that game.

When did that happen?

They're always "in the mix," but this year many suggested South Carolina should make it to Atlanta. If Georgia is able to tame the Bayou Bengals, they'll be taking another bus trip to Atlanta.

Given Florida's offensive woes, the Dawgs will take Florida behind the woodshed this year. I don't see any other opponent other than LSU that could handle them. I know Auburn is tough on the Plains, but who else do you see them losing to?

They just gave UGA all they wanted in Athens. I'm not sure what about it is such a big failure.

Don't we do this every year? Early UF will lose or look unimpressive and we talk about how they suck and everyone will beat them?

This exactly. UGA has to play an actual West opponent this year and I wouldn't be surprised if LSU ends up being the best team in the conference. There is a lot of football to be played.

I think they have some serious conditioning issues. When Georgia's third string running back runs rampant on you when you know it's coming at you, that's a problem. That 4th-and-goal call on the one was also puzzling. The Bulldog's really imposed their will in the 4th quarter.
