Lets say Steve Spurrier decides to hang it up after this season. How many games do You think USC would win in 2014 with a new Coach? I think with the loss of Clowney and Others and having a new Head Coach,USC would finish 7-5 at the very best.

You're witnessing SCarolina's most successful stretch in its history, with a Hall of Fame coach.

Who wouldn't expect them to take a step back if Spurrier leaves?

I do admire USC for having the stones to go out and hire a name coach when they had to. No reason to suspect they could not do it again. Every school in the conference is getting a boatload of money from the TV contracts which makes it possible for any SEC school. They need a name coach to keep up the recruiting in the Carolinas and Georgia.

Afterall, they do not have an AD named Hamilton.

Just gotta hope they don't get their own version of Butch Jones.

They've hired 2 championship-caliber coaches in a row now. I would think they'll go for another big hire.

Gruden? :)
