I saw on CSS that SC could be in NCAA hot water---something about players living in a hotel?? So, you have UNC in trouble and now possibly USC lite------can't hurt.

I have heard one source say 5 and another say 7, I think all were on defense. They will be in hot water.

I'm not worried about SC.....seems good 'ol Spurrier can't get his QB situation ever figured out

As a VOL fan living in Columbia, SC I know a little bit about them. There defense will be good. There secondary will be the strengthen with the Gilmore kid. They are weak at linebacker. The offense will probably be decent. They have a stable of decent-good running backs. The receivers will be the strength but they have to be able to get them the ball. Hopefully the VOLS blow the doors of again this year. Carolina has such a COCKY fan base for never doing anything!

This deal with the SC players might get sticky. Don't know how many players were involved, but the article read they were being charged $450 a month when the regular rent was $1200. Didn't Alabama get severely penalized for a guy employed by a car dealership and was not working? Different set of circumstances, but the result is the same.

Think that was Oklahoma, and if I remember correctly I don't even think the QB was ruled inelligible.

Bama has a lot of them "employed" ----but not working.
If we only knew the goings on.
