Everytime I tune in, it's college baseball :banghead: , Barry Bonds :banghead: , and insignificant news about college football's offseason (every coach's freaking salary- who cares??).
It's almost as if a serious attempt is made to avoid any of the pro sports that have been 100x more exciting than anything else going on right now in the world of sports. There is so much hatred in this area of the country towards pro sports. I think it's wealth envy. Or am I way off?
I dont wanna hear about the trouble guys get into off the field because our UT Vols football team gets in just as much trouble (drugs, assault, rape, etc.), and nobody is boycotting Neyland Stadium. I dont wanna hear about these guys being overpaid because they are the ones that bring all the money into the organizations (team and league).
If a player like LeBron James puts azzes in the seats and sells jerseys that make millions of dollars for the city of Cleveland, the Cavaliers, and the NBA, he deserves a big % of it.
Sure there are guys with attitude problems on the field, but last I checked, it exists in all levels of athletics.
What is your take fellas???
