Spring Evaluation Period coming up.....

April 15th through May 31st, for those who aren't paying attention. This is when we REALLY start laying the ground work for this class. Spring practice, is obviously a big part, but this period and Summer Camps are much bigger. Also, this period will make or break or camp circuit.

This may be a stupid question and by no means am I trying to stir the pot here... But if the Spring evaluation period only lasts for a short amount of time and it is a "make or break period"... Then why would our coaches be taking the first week off? My boss would laugh at me if I asked for a week off after just starting my job...

Because you are only allowed to work 4 of the 6 weeks on the road of that period. I'm not sure if they have to split that up either.
