I haven't gotten on much lately because of work. Has it been announced if the Spring Game will be on TV. I know we were able to watch a rerun's of them in the past on SECN..Didn't know if someone was carring it live. THANKS!

If you have SECNW thru your TV provider it is free to watch it live. If not, not sure if there is an ESPN charge. Will be plenty of replays, SECNW all next week and here courtesy of Freak.

Pretty crappy of The SEC to have UGA be the only team in the conference televised on ESPN 2. Everyone else got the ESPN+ treatment.
I'm sure everyone other than UGA fans see it that way; however, they have won back-to-back nattys. In my opinion they have earned it. No reason to hate on them, just hope we get treated the same way when we get ours.

I would not mind seeing a Tennessee versus East Tennessee State type spring game in the future.

Forget it. The NFC and AFC decades ago tried this and things got out of hand. IIRC, the NFL also tried intersquad scrimmages, that also got out of hand. There even used to be a college all-stars vs. Pro champion team. I don't recall why it stopped, but I think due to the college kids embarrassed the out of shape pros.

NFL teams scrimmage against each other every year in training camp. They also get preseason games. College football is pretty much the only level of football that doesn’t have scrimmages versus other teams. It’s also pretty much the only team sport that doesn’t have scrimmages either. Then we decide that if a team loses 1 or more regular season games it’s not worthy of playing for a championship. Pretty crazy.

Lol. I can’t tell
You how many times that some game is “supposed” to be on this channel. However, all you get is this. Infuriating.

This is NOT SECN+. You’ll need to go into the ESPN app & scroll down to networks. Then scroll over past SECN to find SECN+.

1976 was last time it was played but in the 30s & 40s the pay was not great and the best players often didn’t play pro ball thus college won some early on.

It takes a lot of maneuvering to get SEC+. You have to exit you tv provider and go to ESPN.com/watch and then enter your email your password, before you will be allowed to find and chose the SEC+ program you want to see. It takes a while and will not let you enter the broadcast until the game starts. It took me over a year to get it on my TDS TV programming .
