Doesent excuse the actions but I could see this happening.

there was a spotter and reports are the spotter might have slipped and dropped it on the kid. if so i'd say he had a case.

The early success of his NFL careeer is what would determine if he sued or not. Once Tennessee put him on IR. USC should have hired their lawyers the next day. Everyone saw this gem coming.
