Meh, isn't a very good coach anyways. Was Florida's recruiting coordinator, but this "rumor" has been out there for severalw eeks and the coaches were not surprised.

Might sting some in recruiting, but our RB's never got significantly better and he has never coached WR's.

Must have been a mutual parting of the ways.

Look for Rich Bisaccia, Tony Alford or Jeep Hunter(would coach TE/FB and Brian White to move to RB) as possible replacements.

Here we go, UF will probably come after TN staff for a replacement.

oh wait thats right, TN doesn't have a RB coach.

Sounds like a weird move by Drayton to me. Was he forced out?

damn our recruiting is already pretty screwed this might cost another kid or 2

i know curtis grant was down to us and ohio st. let me guess who he picks

Charlies Weis will put in the call. I know he turned down Meyer but I wouldn't coach the spread option. Also, he was moved to WR coach so he may want to return to coaching RB.

Hearing the top target, but won't happen, is Eddie Gran. Gran coached with Muschamp at Auburn for two years. Won't happen, imo.

Charlie's call will do nothing. ND will pay to keep him. He is one of their best recruiters and him and CBK get along really well.

OK..believe that if you like...Charlie gave him his shot and rumored that he wants to return to coaching RB. As for the money thing, I'm sure UF can match anything ND throws out if this is the guy they want. Muschamp will allow Weis to bring in the guys he wants on offense.

Charlie did not give him his shot, he has been coaching RB's for a long time. He likes where he is at and so does his family, I can't see him making a lateral move just to coach RB's again. We should know soon.

Gran is pretty loyal. Would not have left here if it wasn't for Kiffin. I don't think he has that problem at FSU.

Charlie gave him a shot at ND...becoming RB and RC at UF is not a lateral move from coaching WR at ND. Anyway the rumors are making its rounds today.

the only way i would laugh at the gatas more would be if they gave the recruiting cordinator job to aubrey hill

Is stan drayton a prostitute? I swear that man has a new job/ is brought up for a new job every year. There's no loyalty nowadays.
