Back when I was 19 I worked in a comic shop. We had this regular that was scarily obsessed with Carrie Fisher. He had written letters to her and every thing, He would mod action figures into the Leia Slave outfit (poorly I might add). I remember one time we had A New Hope playing in the store and he swore that in opening scene when she is being escorted to Vader that she is not wearing a bra.

Her breasts were taped down with gaffer tape, as her costume did not permit any lingerie to be worn underneath. She joked later, “As we all know, there is no underwear in space.”
