My suggestion, don't shop at Starbucks if you don't like the messages they are putting on their cups.

If you are offended by their cups, it is pretty simple. Don't buy their overpriced coffee.

Yeah, what he said. ^

Agreed. I hate PC crap and anything that is overpriced, but can you imagine what would happen if that guy had thanked Jesus for his coffee?

If people checked to see who and what was really "anti-God" there would be little food in the pantry among other things.

I wonder how the Pope's quote about Islam (even when placed in it's proper, historical context) would go over on a Starbuck's coffee cup? or the Mohommed cartoons?

nowadays, when a Christian is offended by something like this starbucks cup, he or she is told to move on and don't patronize that particular store. However, if a muslim is offended, get ready to bend over backwards to accommodate him or her.

all that said, there's nothing in the Constitution about a freedom from being offended or a right to not be offended. and coming full circle with my own argument, I just have to say,

get over it...move on...there's nothing to see here.

Here's a recent cup message...

The Way I See It #92
"You are not an accident. Your parents may not have planned you, but God did. He wanted you alive and created you for a purpose. Focusing on yourself will never reveal your purpose. You were made by God and for God, and until you understand that, life will never make sense. Only in God do we discover our origin, our identity, our meaning, our purpose, our significance, and our destiny."

She simply needs to not shop there again. The coffee is overpriced and overrated, anyways. Coffee at Pilot tastes just as good.

And why is this even newsworthy to begin with? :ermm:
