starting a online petition for a court trail

there is a court case,that has been dragging on for years,it is very close to my heart,a family member was involved and passed away

it is getting to around 3 years on getting it done,the trial is in Jonesboro county court house

there all ways seem to be some reason to put it off or delay it

i was wondering if a online petition would help to get it done or not ?

and how would i go about getting one started ?

any input would be helpful,it has just dragged on and on

there's nothing you're going to accomplish with an online petition
focus on helping the family, instead of getting frustrated with the process

Speak with an attorney that is involved, if you are on the victim side then speak with the District Attorney's office. If that doesn't get anywhere you could always head to Nashville and speak with the state's DA office and try and go from there.
