with all the stuff we have been talking about. fights, arrests, surgeries, who will be qb, are we deep enough at certain positions, who is gonna play in the secondary, will riggs be dominant, and can fulmer gain control??

where, in yalls opinion, does this team stand right now?

i think we are gonna slip on peoples list, because we have way to many problems.

i want to hear what everybody has to say. be frank and be honest. (u do that anyway) lol.

I really don't think it will effect the team. Maybe it will effect what people think of the team, but when it comes to playing football, they will be ready.

with the way things are going now i think many people will place us outside of the top 10 list. may around 12 or 13. its real scary how this resembles 2002. if everybody can get their crap together, i think we will be ok. but we have a looooooong way to go.

Its not going to be a very big distraction, its only April. If it was the middle of August I'd be concerned about it. I kinda hope people think these incidents will affect the team and cause them to play worse, it lessens expectations.

I hope that they all get their stuff together soon. Sure, this year UT could be a national contender, but not if the players don't have their heads in the right place.

We will be fine. While Fulmer does need to gain control over any loose ends for the sake of appearances, I don't think we are that bad off. The surgeries have plenty of time to heal, and our suspensions still number low. Our 2005 season is pretty much unaffect this far.

We are certainly not off to a good start. Crap like this takes some of the focus away from becoming the best football team we can be. I think we SHOULD drop in the polls. I am certainly worried about the Oline. The starting 5 should be pretty solid but depth is very scary looking right now. Plus, we don't even have a center at this time. Thats bad.

I'm still worried about the safety position. Coach Fulmer has said that the secondary was playing better this spring than at anytime during the fall last year, but we still have a guy in Fellows that has never played the position that will probably start. Also, Antwan Stewart has never played back there and the coaches are hoping he can win the starting spot at strong safety. We know what we have with Allen, but we have to hope that Hefney is better this year. And with fellows moving to safety, we have to have someone else step up at CB. I do feel good about Inky Johnson. I think Inky is gonna end up being a very good CB. Very good. Fellows getting hurt really sucked.

QB is still of some concern. I believe Ainge is gonna be good, but the QBs haven't looked that sharp this spring, so it will be nice to see some big improvements during fall practices. Injuries up front had a lot to do with them struggling as much as they did. I think Brent really hurt himself

I think Riggs will be good, but we still lack a real proven #2 guy in case of injury so thats a little bit of a concern.

I'm interested to see what happens at the TE position.

I think we're very solid at WR, DL, LB, and FB

If there is something good to come out of this, it will be the insane expectations being put on us by some....will be calmed down some and we can just play some kick ass ball.

If Fulmer said that our secondary is looking better this spring than ANY time last fall, then Ainge should be struggling. Our defense broke down terribly later on in the season, but during some games, especially Georgia, we had some awesome D. If Ainge is staring down that D, I would not expect him to look that good.
