Nice stats/goals. Now we need some probabilities. . . specifically, what's the outlook on how our first quarter scoring will be. Asking for a friend. . . no real reason, just curious, 😂

The above is symbolic of what happens when BVS experience an inkling of recovery. It's called overheating from wild expectations.

No need to be insulting to the fella, Woodsman.

Let's just call it being an excited fan who likes statistics.

I for one appreciated the OP.

Go Vols!

It's an insult if you INSIST it is. I think it is clear enough I was making light of WE long-suffering Vols fans. But if you want to interpret it differently, you're free to do so.

I like this mrmax86! No expectations. No grandiose dreams. No if/then conditions. No hopium.

Just laying out the statistical landscape in a way that can be easily updated as the season progresses.

Now, you ARE going to update all these figures after each possession, right?

Its kinda wild how deep some folks hate is. Joe Milton was putting up historic numbers last season.. meantime people are calling him the worst QB ever. If that's true that means pretty much every QB we have had the last 50 years sucked? Because there are very few guys that outdid those numbers.

Agreed. Why do we hate on our own? Joe sure seemed like a standup guy, or at least appears that way. Good representative for the university and he handled his business. It takes more than one player to affect a football game.

The crazy thing is, its always those guys, stand up guys doing their best and putting it all out there on the line that we go after the hardest. Blows my mind.

James Pearce has picked up his pace with 1.5 sacks vs. Bama.

Max GIlbert (due to being asked to kick two 50+ FGs) has dropped out of the top 10 in FG% all-time with 80% now. Will be a tall climb back into the top 10.
