We held them to 130 yards rushing, which means our run D was decent. They did most of the damage with the pass. Bennett's QBR was 96, which is really up there. And oh yeah. Their only rush TD was also him.

If there is a rematch, we need to target him specfically the way uga targeted Hooker. Figure out a way to get to him and their offense is garbage, apparently. I was on record as being skeptical of him, but no more.

I actually think we just keep the same game plan. There were only 2 passes we didn't defend well. If he plays flawless again they'll either win again or our offense will show that they also have a pulse and it'll be a close game. Opportunities were there for us to score enough to win, we just didn't execute. It happens.

Like getting beat by a poor man's version of "elite, white guy" Jake Fromm.

BTW, Jake is now pumping gas at my local full service Shell station...(part-time situational help).

You say their offense is apparently garbage and noted their 130 yards rushing. What does that say about our offense that had less than 100 yards rushing?
I agree their offense isn’t that good but they are where they are because of their defense and their offense is adequate. Have to figure a way to beat that defense and maybe a neutral field will help, I hope.

They are 3rd in the country in total offense, that's a little more than adequate.

Odd... I thought Jake Fromm worked for State Farm.

If Jake was about 5" taller, and 40 pounds heavier, he would be in commercial with Aaron Rodgers & Mahome Boy.

For Stetson, he needs to be 8" taller and 60 pounds heavier.

SB has really done nothing except prove every single doubter wrong ever since walking in that campus. Even those mouth breathers down there wanted him gone LAST year, and QBd them to the NC!
He hit his deep shots Saturday and HH did not. Flip that one single thing, and that entire game is different.
I know he's surrounded by studs, but the boy can play.

Yeah, that's what bothered me going into that game. We were ranked number one in offense in the nation, but Georgia was number two. Unfortunately the defensive side of the ball was a huge till the favorite Georgia. Played out pretty much that way too.

Banks pretty much had an INT in his hands. That was early. Unfortunately, defense wasn’t the issue. Our offense never got out of first gear. The score just wasn’t indicative of how one sided this game was, and we’re already seeing a bunch of people try to rewrite history. That doesn’t mean UT couldn’t solve the riddle.

With 3 weeks to prepare and a neutral field, I think the game looks a lot different.
