Jarnell had an impressive series, but I read that it was Julius Randle who lead the US team over Brazil in the gold medal game with 18 points and 12 rebounds.
According to the stats, it looks like Stokes and Randle lead the team in both scoring and rebounding overall. It'd be nice if Jarnell could help steer him toward Knoxville next season even though UT is not currently on Randle's list.
In fairness to all the players on the team, Jarnell should have been hands down the best player, seeing as how he has something none of the others do, college experience, including multiple games against the NCAA champions.Yes randle had a good game, what about the first matchup against brazil?
Jarnell appeared to be the constant on the team, and even though I'm biased, he appeared to definitely be the best player.
