Stop comparing Jones to Dooley

Why the hell are people comparing the two when there is no comparison? Jones could have had a number of other jobs (Colorado) while Dooley finished 4-8 a year before coming to UT. Add in the better schedule strength that Jones went up against in the Big East and the comparison becomes even more of a joke.

Before UT:

Jones - 6 years of head coaching experience and a 50-27 record

Dooley - 3 years of head coaching experience and a 17-20 record



Zero comparison.

When he brings his staff with him, where is the first place he goes? Who is the first High School coach he calls? How many calls will he get from recruits excited about coming to visit.

We now need 2 defensive tackles, 2 WR's, 2 OL, an experienced QB and an entire secondary. Were is he going and who will help him get these players. No One, thats who..
