Storm the field if we beat Vandy?

Bro we were literally gator chomping in Neyland when Ole Miss lost lol
Amen. How could it be any more embarrassing?

I'm not in favor of storming the field under any circumstances for several reasons, so obviously we should not this Saturday imo. Period.

But beating this Vandy team and for what's at stake is reason to be excited, no doubt.

This game has historic implications!! No way of down playing that m, especially how ESPN tries so hard to write off Tennessee compared to Georgia, Alabama and Ole Miss

At the very least the novelty of beating the Vandy team that beat the Alabama team that we already beat. Lol, I just want to say it.

Agree that storming the field has jumped the shark this year, but OP is making a genius point- we storm the field and Vandy has to both endure the loss AND pay UT a quarter million plus. It's a brilliant move- unless of course arrests occur and they pull your Vol card, then maybe not so much.... But I like the thinking!

This is going to be a tough game. I think a W is a 50/50 shot. So much on the line, I could see us getting tight and losing. Vandy will be loose and would love to ruin our dreams. They've been really really solid this year. They are WAY better than Arkansas.

Are we or are we not?

Not sure it is standard modus operandi to storm another team’s field. However…would Vandy still get fined for it? Would they have to pay us the $250k - $500k for 2nd offense? Inquiring minds want to know…

This guy gets it
That’s all this question is, people.

We’d like to know who pays the fine. And if we can make Vanderbilt pay us while the SEC figures out their rules, then maybe we should. Even if we lose, we should storm the field to stick Vanderbilt with our bill.

Joking aside, Vanderbilt has their own police force and I recommend not trespassing or destroying their property.
