Well I just looked at the blackout map and it includes all of TN, but the bottom part told me that I'm "Not subject to blackout for this event". Confusing.

Scroll down to the UT-UGA game, click on (subject to blackout), and look to see if its blacked out. This is confusing..

what stinks is that I bought a new computer with Win 7, but my old TV tuner (about 8 yrs old) won't load.

I have another newer digital tuner that I'm using, but the quality is not that great. Gonna have to go shopping for a good one.

It's going to be in and out until I figure out what settings are better using Media Encoder, so you'll have to refresh.
