Go to espn.com when the game is underway. They'll have a scoreboard right on the homepage. Inside that scoreboard is a "watch now" link. It works for me at work, and our filters are pretty good.

it's most likely blocked because it's streaming media and you won't have much luck with other sites. TV in the breakroom?

Yep, cbssports.com or espn.com. Very easy to navigate those pages, or, as pj said, your site may be blocked at work simply because it's streaming media. If that's the case, then maybe you can find it on the TV. May still be on TNT or CBS since it's second day of early 2nd round.

There is an iPad/iPhone NCAA Tournament app that streams the games. I'm not sure how well it works over 3G, but that might be worth a shot.
