So, I was right in thinking it was a contract keeping utsports.com from streaming it. I'm still surprised ESPN isn't showing this game on at least ESPN3.com or ESPNU. Two NCAA Tourney contending teams, and they are televising the games in NYC.

if you already have adobe flashplayer 10, the pop up blocker may be stopping the download. that's all I can think of.

I would guess pop up blocker or anti-virus. My dad was having the same problem and I told him to check those and it worked. I don't remember which one.
