Who cares since the Big (L)east, Big 10 and Big 12 removed it from BCS.

The actual strength-of-schedule (sos) component was removed from the BCS formula.... but the computers still have sos components integrated within their formulas.

Part of the argument for removing the sos component was that because the computers already included some sort of sos... having the separate sos component in the BCS was redundant?

Some of the websites for the computers list sos. It might not be a bad idea, if you are a BCS watcher, to keep up with them.

The non-BCS conferences had alot to do with removing the sos too!
As well as having another BCS game added.

I still say they ought to have a playoff instead of the :bs:
