i'll be there.

should be an interesting game. South wanting to take down their former coach, toppers looking to get back to winning following an embarrassing loss to Daniel Boone last week. Not to mention playoff implications this game will have for both teams.

Never been a Hilltopper fan! I graduated from Betsy High in 1966. Science Hill and Kingsport were the two games we always wanted to win!:eek:k:

Boooooo!!! I'm with you on kingsport though. Eff DB

South beat Daniel Boone by 20+. Daniel Boone beat Science Hill by 14. So you would think South rolls easily but they are kids so who knows.

I think South has a very good chance aganist the Hill Toppers. I think the emotion of playing thier former coach will be the emotional edge they need. For Science Hill to have a chance, they will need to get out to a quick and early lead.

Rebels 17
Toppers 14

I think DB will win the SH game but it usually a pretty good game reguardless of how good either team is.

I think South wins tonight but it should be a competitive game. I look forward to seeing the new stadium.

I don't think Stacy and crew have much of a chance with DB... but ya never know I guess.

South won 28-21 in an entertaining, but not well played (at least not by Science Hill), game. Stacy Carter still has a lot of work to do at Science Hill, but they're coming along. I've attached a few pictures for your viewing pleasure.

Good pictures, pretty nice stadium up there. The videoboard is impressive, too. Stacy will get em' going eventually.. they just all have to buy in. More fan support wouldn't hurt...

johnson city schools were on fall break this week, so alot of people out of town which accounted for the lower attendance. however, the other home games have been capacity crowds.

How was the attendance? Is there any school in upper East Tennessee averaging over 7,000 per game this year? I know there are some stadiums that hold that much or more.

I couldn't give you any numbers, just not really sure. The home side looked to be about half full and the visitor side appeared to be mostly full. But.. like voltnh said, JC schools were on fall break.

I know South and DB always have good crowds.

Science Hill will beat DB this year... Book It.

I can not stand either team but there is no way the Hill wins...The only way DB loses is if they were in the playoffs where they seem to choke every year...Again DW will roll Science Hill IMO!

I know I just hate DB with every breath in my body.
