Raleigh better add some more midweek games now. We've only played 5 games this season, some teams in the SEC will have played 9 already. I expect a game to be added this Tuesday, maybe even a doubleheader.

It ALWAYS seems like the weather cancels many of our games early in the year.

Due to heavy rains in the Conway/Myrtle Beach area on Sunday, the final day of the 2009 Baseball at the Beach Tournament has been canceled. Weather has been the story all weekend, as there were five games played on Friday due to the impending storms that hit the Grand Strand this weekend.

Better have a midweek game added this week. Like I said in the other post, we'll have only played 5 games this season while many other SEC teams will have played 8-9 games.

Out of those 5, we have only won 1. Why do our baseVols tease me by beating a solid baseball team in Oregon State and then lay eggs in the rest of their games?:banghead2: I'm sensing a long season from this group. At least Kentrail is keeping me a little hopeful about our chances....

Don't feel too bad about losing to Coastal. They are a very solid team. They actually have hosted regionals and I think a Super Regional last year.

Our game with Clemson got rained out today. But we were able to get the game in with them yesterday, and win! 3-1.
