I like Rises. It gets a lot of flack for not being as good as TDK but I think it was a great ending to the Nolan Batman saga. I've seen top 10 superhero movie lists that just count the trilogy as one long film.

Again I'm voting for the movie that was more fun to watch and the was Fiest Class. It showed a period superhero movie can work.

OT: Since Marvwl doesn't have the rights, if fox was smart they should make a Fantastic Four movie set in the 60's. That way they could do their origin justice and it would make since during the space race. I would also love to see some cool Kirby tech come to life.

There were some major plot holes in TDKR if you want to get down to brass tacks.

First Class was a great movie.

Seriously? It sounds like you probably know more about it than I do. What kind of plot holes?

Healing his broken back in prison (and his bad knee from earlier suddenly fine), climbing out of the prison with no money, phone or anything and magically making it back to Gotham in time to save the day (as well as set up the bat logo in gasoline on the ice, IIRC). I know they talked about him fixing the autopilot, but it showed him actively flying the plane seconds before the nuke went off. No way he ejected and survived that blast.

Don't get me wrong, not really a hater of the movie, I just thought First Class was better.

I can explain all of those things: he's Batman. :)

The back and blast I had thought of.

The X-Men are mutants which don't really exist. That seems like a pretty big plot hole.
