Interesting you have both ASM movies and 2 X-Men in the same bracket.

I had to spread the X-Men and Wolverine movies out and missed stacking the 2 Amazings in the same bracket. Had I to do it over, I'd swap the Amazing 2 and Last Stand movies. It appears I should have swapped Man of Steel to 6 with Superman Returns to 7.

Maybe so. The critics liked Superman Returns more than MoS but Intbink the fans would have said the opposite. All-in-all there isn't difference between a 6 and 7 seed.

Superman Returns was an abomination.

I think you'd change your opinion if it had been done when it was originally intended as a sequel to Superman II. Certainly would have been better than Superman III. I love Richard Pryor, but man, that movie sucked ass.

I went with First Class still the best X-Film to date! IMO

I didn't hate Returns as much as some although like I said about "DKRises" its probably 15 minutes or so to long with useless filler.

I didn't have a problem with the kid in Returns my problem was with the character played by "Cyclops" (whats is name?) the whole film could have still worked without his character.

Indeed it made Christopher reeve roll over in his grave. I'm embarrassed I payed money to see the piece of garbage.

It shouldn't even be called superman returns.
Most laughable has to be rated pg 13 for intense violence where the hell is the damn violence.
Other than Luther and his thugs beating up superman, along with the rooftop scene. There is more violence in a power rangers episode, justice league cartoon, or the classic superman cartoons.

The movie is great as a comedy.

The facial expression of Clark says it all he's shocked that Lois has a kid, they made superman a deadbeat dad, and on top of that he decides to pursue a taken woman man Singer superman isn't the damn wolverine so wolverine esque.

The bartender was Jimmy Olson of the old George reeve superman tv show.

It would have been better to just start over. Instead they wanted to have their cake and eat it to.

After superman 3 it was wretched but then abysmal with superman 4 with the damn nuclear man.
He has no damn personality it was basically let's make a villain that isn't bizarro but make a bizzaro.

But hey we got the much needed reboot with man of steel so I guess superman returns not being a great success was a blessing in disguise.
