Yep - he's a Stanford alum and every college job he's had has been either at Stanford or another west coast school. He's making $1.7M at Stanford and they would match whatever anybody offered to keep him. Why in the world would he leave?

I'm aware he is a Cardinal alumnus. Throw the checkbook at him. He is worth doubling his salary. It may be unrealistic to get him, but he is the type of coach UT needs.

I would like for that to happen. Mora would kick this team in the butt and get them going. Jimbo Fisher is another one i bet is on Hart's radar.

Gruden, Mora, Fisher, Petersen, Strong would be toward the top of my list if I were AD. I just hope Hart has more sense than Hamilton, and does not go after a young, up-and-coming mid-tier D-I guy. We need the right hire to plug the holes in our sinking ship.

I hate to say it, but we may lose Graham and Pittman with all the rest, but the right hire will probably want the authority to pick, choose, and assign his own assistant coaching staff.
